Xerox India aims for 45% revenue from SMB in three years

Xerox India today said it aims to gather 45 per cent of its revenue from small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the next three years. "We definitely see that in next three years time the SMB segment growing from about 40 to 45 per cent;…..we see a lot of increase coming in from SMB," Xerox India Executive Director- Technology, Channels & International Business Vipin Tuteja told PTI on the sidelines of a launch event here.

He said "In Xerox India, technology and channel split that we have, 40 per cent of our business comes from SMB, we have 35 per cent of the business coming from enterprise and corporate space and the rest 25 per cent comes from government segment."

Stating that the market is expected to grow between 10 to 13 per cent this year, Tuteja said, "Xerox India aims to grow faster than the market."

Xerox India, a part of Xerox Corporation, today announced introduction of a series of Multifunction Printers (MFPs) enabled with the new Xerox ConnectKey controller.

The company said newly introduced WorkCentre 7800 and 5800 ConnectKey MFP series with the initial price of Rs 1.5 lakh is enabled with embedded security protection from McAfee, and also have an extra layer of security with Cisco's TrustSec that protects data paths to and from the devices.

Xerox ConnectKey MFPs offer mobile printing and scanning solutions that integrate fully with cloud-based technologies and mobile devices.

Xerox said it's ConnectKey features include- the ability to scan and upload documents to cloud repositories, send business-critical documents directly into workflow processes and print securely and easily from any mobile device, thus truly enabling BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) scenarios.
